The discussion of "Wilayah Takwiniyah" concerns the spiritual status of the divine saints (Awliya Allah) and their role in creation. Different analyses have addressed this role and status of the guardian (Wali), which stem from various intellectual foundations. This research examines the perspectives of Allamah Majlisi and Allamah Tabatabai on this doctrine. Reviewing applications of this concept in their works and their views on Wilayah shows Allamah Majlisi, in most cases, used Wilayah to refer to political and scientific authority, not Takwiniy authority. By contrast, Allamah Tabatabai used "Wilayah Takwiniyah" to mean the ability to influence creation. In discussing general or partial Wilayah and miracles' relation to Wilayah Takwiniyah, the study reveals Allamah Majlisi did not attribute any creative influence to the guardian and regarded miracles as acts of God coinciding with the guardian's will. Conversely, Allamah Tabatabai, relying on belief in the guardian's nearness to God, considered miracles acts of the servant by divine permission and viewed the guardian as capable of influencing creation, possessing general Wilayah Takwiniyah.
