These threats manifest across three layers—cognition, inclination, and action—each of which carries particular significance. The degree of importance attributed to each of these layers, however, is contingent upon the specific temporal and spatial context. Nevertheless, irrespective of their relative significance, the teachings of Islam as a true religion have attended to the soft threats of adversaries and offer strategies for countering them. Given the intensification of the enemy's soft warfare through modern media, and considering that Islamic teachings constitute one of the epistemic sources for the designers of the Islamic social order, it is imperative to identify the various types of soft threats across the aforementioned layers and to formulate corresponding counter-strategies from an Islamic perspective, so as to develop applicable models for the contemporary world. The present study endeavors to articulate certain soft threats posed by the enemies of Islam at the cognitive layer, along with the strategies for confronting them from an Islamic standpoint, while deferring the examination of the inclination and action layers to future research. This study has collected data through library-based methods and analyzes them employing a descriptive-analytical approach.</span> <span lang="FA">ایجاد قدرت نرم، در حقیقت بسترسازی برای مواجهۀ فعال با تهدیدهای نرم دشمنان است. این تهدیدها در سه لایۀ بینش، گرایش و کنش صورت می‌پذیرد که هر یک از این لایه‌ها اهمیت خاصی دارند. البته درجۀ اهمیت این لایه‌ها تابع شرایط زمان و مکان است. با‌این‌حال، صرف‌نظر از درجهٔ اهمیت آن‌ها، آموزه‌های دین مبین اسلام به تهدید نرم دشمنان توجه داشته است و راهکارهایی برای مقابله با آن ارائه می‌دهد. با توجه به شدت یافتن جنگ نرم دشمنان، به کمک رسانه‌های نوین و با توجه به اینکه آموزه‌های دین مبین اسلام یکی از منابع معرفتی طراحان نظام اجتماعی اسلام است، ضرورت دارد که انواع تهدیدهای نرم در لایه‌های مذکور و راهکارهای مقابله با آن‌ها از منظر اسلام شناخته شود و برای کاربرد در جهان کنونی، الگوپردازی گردد. در این پژوهش تلاش شده است که برخی از تهدیدهای نرم دشمنان اسلام در لایۀ بینشی و راهکارهای مواجهۀ با آنان از منظر اسلام بیان گردد و بررسی آنان در لایه‌های گرایشی و کنشی را به پژوهش‌های آینده می‌سپارد. این پژوهش اطلاعات را به‌صورت کتابخانه‌ای جمع‌آوری کرده است و به‌صورت توصیفی-تحلیلی بررسی می‌کند.</span> https://shia.urd.ac.ir/article_236252_9ed6c1ac78e4aed928ea2bc40f2c7d3f.pdf
