The popularity of the view among Muslims, including Shi’as, had certain repercussions, such as the the reliability of a hadith transmitted only by one person being denied by the majority of Shiite jurists (fuqahā’) until the 7th/13th century. Jurists adopted different methods to prove their jurisprudential evidence. However, it seems that, instead of trying to render certainty idealism ineffective, we need to revisit the acceptability of this view. This research has been done with an analytical historical method with reliance on library documents. We seek to unveil the course of the formation of certainty idealism and its introduction to the Islamic thought, and disclose the role of the certainty requirement for knowledge in assessing the validity of evidence for the inference of jurisprudential rulings. We argue that certainty idealism originates from the Greek philosophy, and was then introduced to Muslims, including Shi’as, influencing their views of certain types of evidence for the inference of jurisprudential rulings.}, keywords = {certainty idealism,probabilistic belief (ẓann),Knowledge,cognition}, title_fa = {گذر ایدئالیسم یقینی از فلسفه یونان به اندیشه اسلامی (بررسی تأثیر ایدئالیسم یقینی بر تعریف علم و حجیت خبر در فقه و کلام)}, abstract_fa = {«ایدئالیسم یقینی» یعنی فقط یقین، علم است و غیر یقین ارزشی ندارد. رواج این نگرش میان مسلمانان، از جمله شیعیان، تبعاتی در پی داشته است؛ از جمله اینکه تا قرن هفتم بیشتر فقیهان شیعه حجیت خبر واحد را انکار می‌کردند. فقیهان راه‌های مختلفی را برای اثبات ادله در پیش گرفتند، با وجود این به نظر می‌رسد به جای تلاش برای بی‌اثر کردن ایدئالیسم یقینی، باید در اصلِ قبول این دیدگاه تجدید نظر شود. این جستار به شیوه تاریخی تحلیلی و با تکیه بر اسناد کتابخانه‌ای فراهم شده است. پژوهنده در نظر دارد که از سیر شکل‌گیری ایدئالیسم یقینی و ورودش به اندیشه اسلامی پرده بردارد و نقش یقینگرایی در اعتبارسنجی ادله استنباط را آشکار کند. این پژوهش فلسفه یونان را سرچشمه ایدئالیسم یقینی می‌داند که میان مسلمانان، از جمله شیعیان، رسوخ کرد و بر نگاه به برخی ادله استنباط تأثیر گذاشت.}, keywords_fa = {ایدئالیسم یقینی,ظن,علم,شناخت}, url = {https://shia.urd.ac.ir/article_89015.html}, eprint = {https://shia.urd.ac.ir/article_89015_1d8fddb02032878ce7d1a81e12ee0c6f.pdf} }
